Shipping

Your merchandise order will ship within 2-5 business days from our warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana via USPS. All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight. Saturday and Sunday are not recognized as business days.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We accept exchanges for one year as long as the item has not been washed or worn. We can provide refunds up to 60 days after purchase. Exchanges will be sent via USPS. Allow 5-7 days to process returns and in-stock exchanges. We will let you know if your item is out of stock. Shipping is not refunded unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. 

Sales on Custom Jerseys are final and no refunds can be issued. 

Instructions for Size Exchanges

If you need a new size, please send your package back to the address below. Once we receive your items, we will ship the new items back to you.

Instructions for Defective or Wrong Items

If your item is defective or we shipped you the wrong product, please email us at info@theshopindy.com. We will work out something to send you back a new item, and send you packaging to return the defective or wrong item.
